Super Timesheets App SMS Text Messaging Terms of Service | Opt In/Out Notice Policy

- Your privacy is important to us. The company you submit timesheets to has subscribed to the 14Fathoms Super Timesheet application. The application sends you SMS text message reminders to review and sign your timesheet. The text messages may contain a shortened URL link starting with https://st.14f.us/. This URL points to the primary Super Timesheet domain name hosted here https://app.supertimesheets.com/. Your mobile phone number is required to use this service and will not be sold, shared, or used in any way other than for sending specific, transactional text messages for the sole purpose of this supertimesheets application. No marketing or SPAM.
Once your account is created, assuming a valid mobile phone number was provided, you will recieve a welcome text and a second text with instructions on how to opt out.
- You can cancel the SMS service at any time. If you prefer NOT to receive text messages, you can opt out by texting “Stop” to any text message that you receive from 312 600 2890 and/or remove your mobile phone number from your user setting page and/or communicate to your foreman that you do not wish to receive text messages who will inform 14Fathoms. After you send the SMS message "Stop" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.
Note: if you opt out, you will no longer receive reminders to review your timesheet, nor be able to approve it for payment. Contact your foreman, or payroll adminstrator, for more information. If you accidentally opt-out, contact support@14Fathoms.com to opt back in.

- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive a message for every pay period that you have billable hours and that your employer is subscribed to the Supertimesheet service. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
